Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – CSR to lead and manage Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives focused on creating measurable social impact and supporting sustainable community development. The role will be responsible for developing CSR strategies, managing programmes and partnerships, overseeing implementation, monitoring impact, and ensuring effective utilization and reporting of CSR resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and community needs.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of CSR programmes and projects.
- Identify and develop partnerships with NGOs, social enterprises, government institutions, and other implementation partners.
- Manage CSR budgets, funding allocations, programme expenditure, and resource utilization.
- Conduct due diligence and assess the capacity and performance of CSR implementation partners.
- Develop project proposals, concept notes, budgets, programme plans, and impact frameworks.
- Monitor programme performance against agreed objectives, timelines, budgets, and impact indicators.
Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant professional experience in CSR, social impact, development programmes, sustainability, philanthropy, NGO partnerships, or related areas.
- Experience in managing large-scale CSR programmes and multi-stakeholder partnerships is preferred.
