Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager – Family Planning to lead and coordinate family planning and reproductive health programmes. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating programmes aimed at improving access to family planning services, reproductive health awareness, and community-based healthcare interventions. The role involves working closely with healthcare professionals, community workers, government departments, NGOs, community stakeholders, and development partners to strengthen family planning services and promote informed reproductive health choices.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage family planning and reproductive health programmes.
- Develop strategies to improve awareness and access to family planning services.
- Coordinate community outreach, health awareness, counselling, and mobilisation activities.
- Support access to appropriate contraceptive and family planning services.
- Lead and mentor programme teams, community health workers, counsellors, and field staff.
- Coordinate with government health departments, healthcare institutions, NGOs, and development partners.
- Organize training and capacity-building programmes for frontline workers and community stakeholders.
- Promote awareness regarding maternal health, reproductive health, women's health, and family welfare.
