Job Description
BuddyMaa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CSR Manager to lead and manage Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, strategic partnerships, and social impact projects. The CSR Manager will be responsible for developing CSR strategies, identifying corporate funding opportunities, managing relationships with corporates and implementation partners, and ensuring successful delivery of CSR programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with organizational objectives and social impact goals.
- Identify potential corporate partners, CSR funding opportunities, donors, and strategic stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, CSR foundations, NGOs, government agencies, and development organizations.
- Develop CSR proposals, concept notes, budgets, presentations, project plans, and partnership documents.
- Manage CSR projects from planning and implementation through monitoring, evaluation, and closure.
- Coordinate with implementation teams and partner organizations to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, deliverables, KPIs, and impact indicators.
