Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Consultant – Team Lead to lead multidisciplinary teams and oversee the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of consulting and development projects. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance, manage stakeholder relationships, supervise project teams, ensure quality deliverables, and drive impactful outcomes across sectors such as education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood, women empowerment, CSR, sustainability, renewable energy, climate change, biodiversity conservation, rural development, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting assignments from project initiation to successful completion.
- Develop project plans, work schedules, implementation strategies, and operational frameworks.
- Supervise, mentor, and support project teams to achieve organizational goals and deliverables.
- Coordinate with government departments, corporate partners, NGOs, academic institutions, donors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare technical reports, project documentation, presentations, and progress updates.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and organizational policies.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, training sessions, and review meetings.
- Analyze project data, prepare MIS reports, and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
