Job Summary
BuddyMaa is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and result-oriented Young Professionals to support the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects across sectors such as education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood, women empowerment, CSR, sustainability, climate change, renewable energy, biodiversity conservation, rural development, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing assigned projects and programs.
- Conduct research, collect field data, and prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, educational institutions, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project activities and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Support beneficiary mobilization, training programs, workshops, meetings, and awareness campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates applying under Economics should have Master’s degree in Economics, preferably with International Trade.
- Candidates applying under Legal should have LLM or LLB and PG Diploma in any legal subject.
- Candidates applying under General Management should have MBA or equivalent from an institution with NIRF ranking up to 100 in Management category.
- Candidates with Master’s in Public Policy or International Trade are also eligible under General Management.
- Candidates applying under Data Science should have B.Tech, B.E., MCA, Master’s in Data Science, Data Analytics or Computational Mathematics.
- Candidates should be below 35 years of age as on 01 July 2026.
- Candidates should have minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
