Job Summary

1. The Field Support Trainer (FST) will provide on-ground training, technical assistance, and user support to newly trained technical and supervisory staff during the implementation of the mobile application. The role involves delivering classroom and practical training sessions, supporting end users during the early adoption phase, resolving operational issues, and ensuring successful implementation of project objectives.

Qualification

1. BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical, field operations, or field support role.
2. Experience in technical training, mobile application deployment, or user support is preferred.
3. Prior experience in utility, infrastructure, or field implementation projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide on-site, hands-on support to newly trained staff for a minimum of three months at each assigned project location.
2. Deliver classroom and practical training sessions in coordination with the Master Trainer whenever required.
3. Demonstrate the mobile application and guide users on its effective operation.
4. Support end users during the initial deployment and adoption phase to ensure smooth implementation.
5. Troubleshoot application, device, and workflow-related issues at project sites.
6. Provide one-to-one guidance to users facing operational or technical challenges.
7. Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Helpdesk or Project Management Team and ensure timely follow-up.
8. Monitor user adoption, collect feedback, and recommend process improvements.
9. Maintain daily activity reports, attendance records, issue logs, and progress reports.
10. Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of training and support activities.
11. Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
12. Travel extensively and work across assigned locations throughout the project duration.

Required Skills

1. Strong technical knowledge of Electrical or Electronics systems.
2. Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience in field support and technical assistance.
4. Excellent communication skills in Hindi with working proficiency in English.
5. Ability to deliver classroom and practical training effectively.
6. Good interpersonal and mentoring skills.
7. Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
8. Proficiency in mobile applications and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in mobile application deployment or digital transformation projects.
2. Exposure to utility, electrical, or infrastructure field operations.
3. Ability to work independently in field environments.
4. Own two-wheeler and valid driving license will be an added advantage.
5. Preference may be given to local candidates for assigned deployment locations.
