Job Description – Master Trainer
Position: Master Trainer
Qualification
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical training delivery, field operations, or a related technical domain.
- Prior experience in training technical or supervisory staff is preferred.
- Experience with mobile applications, digital tools, or technology-enabled training will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on, classroom-based training on a mobile application to technical and supervisory staff.
- Conduct training sessions in batches of 12–15 participants, with approximately 3–4 sessions per week.
- Demonstrate the mobile application through live practical sessions and ensure effective participant engagement.
- Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
- Collect participant feedback and prepare training effectiveness reports.
- Mentor and support Field Support Trainers to ensure consistent and high-quality training delivery.
- Coordinate with the Project Management Team and submit periodic progress reports, attendance records, and other required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and training protocols.
- Resolve participant queries and provide post-training guidance whenever required.
- Travel to assigned project locations and stay as required during the deployment period.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical or Electronics systems.
- Excellent classroom facilitation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and working proficiency in English.
- Confidence in conducting live demonstrations of mobile applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
- Good analytical, reporting, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in field operations or utility projects.
- Knowledge of digital learning platforms and mobile-based applications.
- Experience in Training of Trainers (ToT) or capacity-building programs.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training schedules.
Employment Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively and stay at assigned project locations during the deployment period.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, field-oriented environment while maintaining high training quality standards.
