• Conduct community outreach activities to identify and mobilize eligible beneficiaries for organizational programs.
• Create awareness about education, skill development, livelihood, healthcare, CSR, and government initiatives through meetings, campaigns, and field visits.
• Organize village meetings, community events, roadshows, awareness drives, and enrollment campaigns.
• Counsel students, youth, women, job seekers, and community members regarding available programs and career opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with village leaders, local authorities, educational institutions, NGOs, community-based organizations, self-help groups (SHGs), and other stakeholders.
• Generate quality leads and ensure timely enrollment of eligible candidates into training and development programs.
• Coordinate with project teams, trainers, counselors, placement teams, and field staff to ensure smooth implementation of mobilization activities.
• Conduct door-to-door visits, community surveys, and beneficiary identification exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of mobilization activities, beneficiary details, attendance, and enrollment data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly mobilization reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, career guidance sessions, job fairs, and community engagement activities.
• Assist in organizing workshops, orientation sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Promote organizational programs through digital platforms, social media, WhatsApp groups, and local networks.
• Ensure achievement of mobilization targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated on government schemes, CSR initiatives, and skill development programs relevant to the target communities.
• Follow organizational policies, safeguarding guidelines, and ethical standards during all field operations.
