Jobs Description
- Supervise daily operations and ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve productivity and quality targets.
- Allocate work, prepare shift schedules, and manage workforce utilization.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
- Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain production, inventory, attendance, and operational records.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
- Train, mentor, and support employees to improve performance and productivity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend operational enhancements.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and promote a positive work environment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Certificate : Warehouse & Inventory Management Certification
Industrial Certificate : 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the relevant industry.
