Assistant Manager
Jobs Description
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform timely troubleshooting and repairs.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.
- Install and maintain motors, transformers, generators, UPS, and power distribution systems.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Test electrical systems using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers (Megger), and other diagnostic tools.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and work orders.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, contractors, and other maintenance staff.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns and minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while using appropriate PPE.
- Recommend improvements to enhance electrical system reliability and efficiency.
- NCVT/SCVT Electrician Certificate
- National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC)
- NSDC/Skill India Certification
- OSHA or Industrial Safety Certification
- Fire Safety & First Aid Certification
- Electrical Safety Certification
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical
Certificate : NCVT Electrician Trade Certificate
Industrial Certificate : Diploma in Electrical Engineering
