Job Summary
- Design creative graphics for social media platforms, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and digital marketing.
- Create brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and visual identity assets.
- Design recruitment campaigns, hiring creatives, and employer branding content.
- Collaborate with the marketing, HR, content, and business development teams to create impactful visual communications.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and digital artwork.
- Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline communication channels.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when required.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.
