Jobs Description
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for retail staff and trainees.
- Train candidates on retail sales, customer service, store operations, and billing processes.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, role plays, and practical demonstrations.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs, quality standards, and retail compliance guidelines.
- Train employees on product knowledge, visual merchandising, inventory handling, and POS systems.
- Maintain attendance records, training reports, and certification documentation.
- Coordinate with store managers and HR teams to identify training needs.
- Support placement, onboarding, and post-training performance monitoring where applicable.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer, Store Manager, or Learning & Development professional is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, sales techniques, and store management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms.
- Willingness to travel for training assignments, if required.

Certificate : TOT Certified
Industrial Certificate : Certified Retail Trainer
