Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Field Coordinator to oversee field-level operations and ensure the effective implementation of community and development projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with local stakeholders, community members, government departments, and project teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining high standards of quality, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day field activities to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and provide technical support to field teams.
- Mobilize communities and encourage participation in project activities, meetings, and awareness campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, government officials, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct surveys, needs assessments, beneficiary identification, and data collection activities.
- Prepare and submit timely field reports, MIS updates, and project documentation.
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and community awareness programs.
- Ensure project activities are implemented according to organizational guidelines, timelines, and donor requirements.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment activities.
- Identify field-level challenges and recommend practical solutions for effective project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, activities, and project outcomes.
- Coordinate logistics and administrative support for field operations.
- Travel regularly to project locations and represent the organization during community meetings and stakeholder interactions.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Bachelor's Degree in Social Work
Certificate : Certificate in Community Development
Industrial Certificate : Experience in field operations, community outreach, and project implementation.
