Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Public Health Associate to support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with communities, government departments, healthcare providers, and project teams to improve health outcomes through evidence-based interventions, awareness campaigns, and effective program coordination.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and coordination of public health projects and community-based interventions.
  • Conduct field visits, health assessments, surveys, and data collection activities.
  • Organize and facilitate health awareness campaigns, workshops, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with government health departments, healthcare facilities, NGOs, and local stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, collect performance data, and prepare regular reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation of project activities.
  • Assist in developing health education materials and behavior change communication (BCC) initiatives.
  • Analyze health data and contribute to monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor guidelines, and government health regulations.
  • Identify community health needs and recommend strategies to improve service delivery.
  • Support research activities, baseline surveys, and impact assessments as required.
  • Travel to project locations for field monitoring and stakeholder engagement.

Education Qualification

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Bachelor of Public Health (BPH)

Certificate : Certified in Public Health (CPH)

Industrial Certificate : Knowledge of Public Health Systems and Healthcare Delivery Models.
