Jobs Description
- Conduct community meetings, awareness campaigns, and health education sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, local authorities, ASHA workers, ANMs, Anganwadi workers, and other stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of government health initiatives and public health projects.
- Coordinate field activities and ensure timely execution of programme objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain programme data for monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare reports, case studies, and programme documentation.
- Organize training and capacity-building programmes for community volunteers and frontline workers.
- Monitor project progress and recommend improvements based on field observations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and public health guidelines.
- Strong communication and community engagement skills.
- Knowledge of government health schemes and public health programmes.
- Experience in Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) and community outreach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital data collection tools.
- Excellent planning, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and community-based activities.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : BPH (Bachelor of Public Health)
Certificate : Certificate in Public Health
Industrial Certificate : Experience in Public Health or Community Health Programmes.
