Jobs Description
- Design and implement research studies, surveys, and evaluation frameworks.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize research findings to support projects and policy recommendations.
- Develop research tools, questionnaires, interview guides, and data collection methodologies.
- Prepare research reports, policy briefs, presentations, case studies, and technical documentation.
- Use statistical software such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python, or SAS for data analysis and interpretation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external researchers, academic institutions, and stakeholders on research projects.
- Ensure compliance with research ethics, data privacy standards, and organizational quality guidelines.
- Monitor research timelines, maintain project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of research outputs.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to management, clients, donors, and other stakeholders.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Master's Degree
Technical Education : Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
Certificate : Research Methodology Certification
Industrial Certificate : Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
