Jobs Description
- Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Samridhi program across assigned project locations.
- Develop annual work plans, project strategies, budgets, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, donors, NGOs, and community-based organizations to strengthen program outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor field teams, ensuring effective performance and capacity building.
- Monitor program progress through field visits, data analysis, MIS, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Facilitate community engagement, stakeholder consultations, training programs, and awareness initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor guidelines, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
- Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance program effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Professional training in Project Management, Program Management, or Development Management.
Certificate : Project Management Professional (PMP)
Industrial Certificate : Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
