The Program Leader – Samridhi is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, monitoring, and successful execution of livelihood and community development programs. The role ensures that project objectives are achieved within timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The Program Leader works closely with government agencies, donors, partner organizations, community institutions, and internal teams to deliver sustainable social and economic impact.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, implementation, and monitoring of the Samridhi program across assigned project locations.
  • Develop annual work plans, project strategies, budgets, and implementation schedules.
  • Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, donors, NGOs, and community-based organizations to strengthen program outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor field teams, ensuring effective performance and capacity building.
  • Monitor program progress through field visits, data analysis, MIS, and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) systems.
  • Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
  • Facilitate community engagement, stakeholder consultations, training programs, and awareness initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, donor guidelines, statutory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to enhance program effectiveness and long-term sustainability.

 

Education Qualification

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Professional training in Project Management, Program Management, or Development Management.

Certificate : Project Management Professional (PMP)

Industrial Certificate : Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
