Jobs Description
- Design and implement impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (M&E) frameworks for projects and programs.
- Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Develop surveys, questionnaires, data collection tools, and research methodologies.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs, Logical Frameworks (LogFrame), and Results-Based Management (RBM) approaches.
- Conduct field visits, interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and stakeholder consultations to assess program outcomes.
- Prepare impact assessment reports, dashboards, presentations, and research documentation.
- Use statistical and analytical tools such as SPSS, STATA, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with program teams, researchers, donors, and external stakeholders to improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical research standards.
- Provide recommendations for program improvement based on research findings and impact analysis.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Certificate : Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Certification
Industrial Certificate : Experience preparing impact assessment reports, evaluation studies, and research documentation.
