 Job Description – Executive – Finance

Buddymaa is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Executive – Finance to manage daily financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, preparing financial reports, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting budgeting and audit activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
  • Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and periodic financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required financial documentation.
  • Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing when required.
  • Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
  • Use accounting software such as TallyPrime, SAP, or ERP systems for financial operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure compliance with company policies.
 

Education Qualification

Education Level : Post-Doctoral

Technical Education : Diploma in Accounting

Certificate : Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)

Industrial Certificate : Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting principles and practices
