Jobs Description
- Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to individuals and families.
- Conduct health assessments, screenings, and basic clinical examinations.
- Implement public health initiatives, disease prevention, and health promotion activities.
- Deliver maternal and child healthcare, immunization, family planning, and nutrition services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update HMIS/EHR systems.
- Coordinate referrals to higher healthcare facilities when required.
- Support the implementation of National Health Mission (NHM) and other government healthcare programs.
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, biomedical waste management, and healthcare quality standards.
- Collaborate with medical officers, nurses, ASHA workers, ANMs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and monitor health indicators.
