- Organize career guidance workshops, awareness sessions, and orientation programs.
- Follow up with candidates to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional counselling ethics.
- Assist in resolving student concerns and escalating complex cases when required.
- Use CRM or student management systems to update counselling activities and reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Diploma / Certification in Guidance & Counselling
Certificate : Certificate in Guidance & Counselling
Industrial Certificate : Experience in student, career, academic, or psychological counselling.
