- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Dresser (Medical) Trainer to conduct classroom and practical training sessions for healthcare candidates under skill development projects. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training, candidate mentoring, assessments, documentation, and ensuring successful placement-oriented learning outcomes.
- Conduct training sessions for the Dresser (Medical) job role as per approved curriculum and NSQF guidelines.
- Deliver both theoretical and practical demonstrations related to basic patient care, first aid, dressing procedures, infection control, and hospital assistance.
- Counsel and motivate candidates for skill development and career growth.
- Maintain attendance records, daily reports, batch files, and MIS documentation.
- Conduct mock tests, internal assessments, and support candidates during assessments.
- Ensure proper usage of training equipment, lab setup, and classroom discipline.
- Coordinate with management regarding batch progress and placement activities.
- Support mobilization and retention activities whenever required.
- Follow all compliance and reporting standards of the respective Sector Skill Council and project guidelines.
- Minimum qualification as per NSQF/Healthcare Sector Skill Council norms.
- Prior experience in healthcare training, nursing assistance, medical dressing, or hospital support services preferred.
- Candidates with ToT Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council will be preferred.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills required.
