Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Food & Accommodation Included)

Certification Requirement: Trainer must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
About the Role
- Kailash Educational Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant Trainer for skill development training programs. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom training, counselling candidates, preparing trainees for assessment and certification, and ensuring successful placements and outcomes as per NSQF and Sector Skill Council guidelines.
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
- Certification in Retail Sales Assistant (RAS/Q0103) or relevant retail domain preferred
- ToT Certified Trainer from the respective Sector Skill Council mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Retail Sales / Retail Operations / Customer Service, OR
- Skill Development Training in Retail Sector
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer handling
- Basic computer and MIS reporting knowledge
- Candidate counselling and classroom management skills
- Assessment and placement support capability
- Counsel and guide candidates regarding the Retail Sales Assistant job role and career opportunities.
- Deliver training as per the curriculum and content designed by the Sector Skill Council.
- Monitor and maintain trainee attendance records regularly.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS and training reports.
- Conduct pre-assessment activities and identify learning gaps.
- Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification.
- Motivate and support candidates for placement opportunities and better performance.
- Ensure quality training delivery with focus on minimum 95% assessment results.
- Maintain classroom discipline and training standards.
- Coordinate with centre management for batch operations and documentation.
