About the Role
- Youth Nursing Institute is looking for a qualified and passionate Dresser (Medical) Trainer for skill development training programs under Healthcare Sector courses. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality practical and theoretical training to candidates as per Sector Skill Council guidelines and NSQF standards.
- The candidate must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
As per NSQF norms for Dresser (Medical) – HSS/Q3004 Trainer:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM / ANM / Diploma in Medical & Nursing related field
OR - Graduate in Healthcare/Paramedical domain from a recognized institution
- Valid ToT Certified Trainer from respective Sector Skill Council in Healthcare Sector.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant industry/training experience in healthcare, hospital, nursing, or skill development sector.
- Counselling the candidates regarding course and career opportunities.
- Conducting training sessions as per the curriculum/module designed by Sector Skill Councils.
- Monitoring and maintaining daily attendance records of candidates.
- Preparing and submitting Daily MIS Reports.
- Conducting pre-assessment and internal evaluations.
- Preparing candidates for final assessment and certification process.
- Motivating candidates for placement opportunities and achieving good assessment grades.
- Ensuring quality training delivery with target-oriented performance and excellent results.
- Maintaining classroom discipline and practical lab activities.
- Coordinating with management for batch progress and documentation.
