About the Role
  1. We are looking for a qualified and passionate Trainer for the job role of Call Center Executive (TEL/Q0100) Version 5.0 under the Telecom Sector. The candidate must be capable of delivering quality training, motivating candidates, maintaining discipline, and ensuring successful assessment and placement outcomes.
  2. The trainer must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification

As per NSQF guidelines for Call Center Executive (TEL/Q0100) Version 5.0, the candidate should possess:

  1. Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience
    OR
  2. Diploma/Certificate in Customer Service, Telecom, BPO, Soft Skills, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • Call Center/BPO Industry
    • Customer Support Operations
    • Skill Development Training
    • Telecom or Service Sector Training
Mandatory Requirement
  1. Valid ToT Certification from the respective Sector Skill Council
  2. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
  3. Knowledge of MS Office, MIS reporting, and candidate management
Key Responsibilities
  1. Counselling the candidates regarding training and career opportunities
  2. Training candidates as per the curriculum/module designed by the Sector Skill Council
  3. Monitoring candidate attendance regularly
  4. Maintaining and submitting Daily MIS Reports
  5. Conducting pre-assessment activities
  6. Preparing candidates for final assessment and certification
  7. Motivating candidates for placement opportunities and better grades
  8. Ensuring high-quality training delivery with a target of 95% result performance
  9. Maintaining classroom discipline and trainee engagement
  10. Coordinating with centre management for smooth training operations
