We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Repair Hardware Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of mobile devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing hardware components such as screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, and other internal hardware for smartphones and tablets. The technician must stay up-to-date with the latest devices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile phones and tablets, including but not limited to:

• Screen replacement
• Battery replacement
• Charging port repair
• Camera, speaker, and microphone replacement

2.    Perform device testing to ensure functionality after repairs.

3.    Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer information.

4.    Handle customer inquiries regarding device issues and provide repair estimates.

5.    Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations.

6.    Stay updated on new models, repair techniques, and industry best practices.
