1. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Electrician Trainer for delivering high-quality training under the Qualification Pack CON/Q0602 Version 4.0 aligned with NSQF standards. The trainer should possess strong domain knowledge in electrical works, practical training skills, and the ability to motivate candidates toward certification and placement success.
2. The candidate must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.

1. Counselling and mobilizing candidates for the training program
2. Deliver training as per the model curriculum and guidelines designed by the Sector Skill Council
3. Conduct practical and theoretical sessions for Assistant Electrician trade
4. Monitor and maintain daily attendance records of trainees
5. Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports and training documentation
6. Conduct pre-assessment and mock tests for trainees
7. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification process
8. Motivate candidates for placement opportunities and high performance
9. Ensure discipline, safety, and quality standards in the training center
10. Target achievement with focus on excellent assessment results and candidate outcomes
11. Maintain training lab equipment and practical learning environment
12. Coordinate with centre management and assessment agencies whenever required

Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:

1. B. Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 1-year relevant experience
2. Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years relevant experience
3. ITI Electrician or Wireman Trade with minimum 4 years relevant experience
4. Graduation / 12th Pass in relevant trade with experience in construction electrical works may also be considered as per SSC norms

4. Safety procedures and electrical maintenance works

Mandatory Requirement

1. Candidate must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council
2. Good communication and classroom management skills
3. Basic computer knowledge for MIS reporting
4. Knowledge of NSQF and Skill Development ecosystem preferred
