Job Role: IT Helpdesk Attendant Trainer

Job Type: Full Time (Offline Vacancy)

Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Food & Accommodation

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
  1. Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / BCA / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Computer Applications or relevant field.
  2. Preference will be given to candidates having certifications in hardware, networking, operating systems, or IT support.
Trainer Qualification
  1. Must be ToT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
  2. Qualification and experience should be as per NSQF guidelines for SSC/Q0110 Version 4.0.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
    • IT Support / Helpdesk Operations
    • Technical Training
    • Computer Hardware & Networking
    • Skill Development Projects
Key Responsibilities
  1. Counselling the candidates regarding the training program and career opportunities.
  2. Delivering training as per the curriculum and module designed by the Sector Skill Council.
  3. Monitoring and maintaining daily candidate attendance.
  4. Preparing and submitting Daily MIS reports.
  5. Conducting pre-assessment activities for candidates.
  6. Preparing candidates for assessment and certification process.
  7. Motivating candidates for placement opportunities and better assessment grades.
  8. Ensuring high-quality training outcomes with focus on 95% result performance.
  9. Maintaining classroom discipline and practical lab management.
  10. Coordinating with centre management and assessment agencies whenever required.
