About the Role

1. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Sampling Tailor Trainer for skill development training programs under NSQF standards. The trainer will be responsible for delivering quality training, maintaining batch records, preparing candidates for assessment, and ensuring successful certification and placement outcomes.

1. Diploma (minimum 1 year) in relevant tailoring/apparel trade
   OR
2. Graduation in relevant tailoring/apparel/fashion technology field.

1. Minimum 2 years of industry/training experience in tailoring, garment manufacturing, or apparel sector.
2. Knowledge of garment sampling, stitching techniques, cutting operations, measurement, and sewing machine handling.

1. Trainer must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council.
2. Domain Certification for Job Role Sampling Tailor – AMH/Q0701 is mandatory.

1. Counselling the candidates regarding the course and career opportunities.
2. Conducting training as per the approved curriculum/module designed by the Sector Skill Council.
3. Monitoring and maintaining candidate attendance records regularly.
4. Preparing and submitting Daily MIS reports.
5. Conducting pre-assessment activities for trainees.
6. Preparing candidates for final assessment and certification process.
7. Motivating candidates for placement opportunities and better assessment grades.
8. Ensuring high-quality training delivery with target-oriented performance and up to 95% result achievement.

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Knowledge of garment construction and sampling techniques.
3. Ability to handle practical sewing sessions.
4. Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and workplace management.
5. Ability to manage classroom and practical lab training efficiently.
