Job Summary:
- BinaSoft Educational Welfare Society is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Electrician (ToT Trainer). The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, mentoring trainees, and ensuring compliance with industry and sector skill council standards.
- Deliver training as per prescribed Qualification Pack (QP) and guidelines
- Conduct theory and practical sessions for Assistant Electrician trade
- Evaluate trainees and provide performance feedback
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training documentation
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and lab facilities
- Follow safety standards and training protocols
- Assist in placement support and industry coordination
- Certified under QP Code: CON/Q0602 (Assistant Electrician)
- TOT Certification preferred
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (training/industry)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Electrical technical knowledge
- Training & facilitation skills
- Communication & interpersonal abilities
- Documentation & reporting

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Diploma in Electrical
Certificate : TOT Certified in Assistant Electrician
Industrial Certificate : Experience
