Location: Biswanath, Assam
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
- We are hiring a qualified and experienced Rural Mason Trainer to deliver skill-based training under NSQF guidelines. The candidate must be certified and capable of training, mentoring, and guiding candidates for assessment and placement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certification: Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council
- Education Qualification: As per NSQF norms for Rural Mason (CON/Q3603-SI001)
- Experience: Relevant industry and training experience in masonry/construction sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Counselling and mobilizing candidates
- Delivering training as per Sector Skill Council curriculum
- Monitoring daily attendance of candidates
- Maintaining and submitting Daily MIS reports
- Conducting pre-assessment of trainees
- Preparing candidates for final assessment and certification
- Motivating candidates for placements and achieving good grades
- Ensuring minimum 95% result performance
Key Skills Required:
- Knowledge of rural masonry techniques
- Practical training delivery skills
- Good communication and counselling ability
- MIS reporting and documentation
- Assessment preparation and evaluation
- Candidate handling and motivation
