Job Role: Fashion Designer Trainer
Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Location: Sonepur, Odisha
Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Role Overview
- The Fashion Designer Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training under the NSQF-aligned Qualification Pack AMH/Q1201 (Version 4.0). The role requires ensuring effective learning outcomes, candidate engagement, and successful certification and placement of trainees in alignment with Sector Skill Council standards.
- Mandatory Certification: Valid Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from the relevant Sector Skill Council (AMHSSC).
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related discipline.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant industry and/or training experience in the apparel/fashion sector.
- Experience in government-funded skill development projects will be an added advantage.
- Conduct candidate counselling and orientation sessions to ensure proper enrolment and retention.
- Deliver training in accordance with the approved SSC curriculum and NSQF guidelines.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure discipline in the classroom.
- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports in a timely manner.
- Conduct pre-assessments and internal evaluations to track candidate progress.
- Prepare trainees for final assessment, certification, and placement readiness.
- Motivate and guide candidates to achieve high performance and employability outcomes.
- Ensure a minimum 95% certification success rate.
- Strong technical expertise in fashion design, garment construction, and textiles
- Effective training delivery and classroom management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation
- Ability to motivate and mentor candidates from diverse backgrounds

Education Qualification
Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
Technical Education : Diploma in Fashion Designing
Certificate : TOT Certified in Fashion Designer
