Job Type: Offline / Full-Time
- We are looking for a qualified and experienced Assistant Barber-Salon Services Trainer to deliver skill-based training under the PM Vishwakarma project. The trainer will be responsible for imparting industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills as per NSQF guidelines and Sector Skill Council standards.
- Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council (SSC) in the Salon/Beauty & Wellness domain.
- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
- Preferably certified in Assistant Barber / Hair Stylist / Salon Services job role
- Relevant certification aligned with NSQF standards
- Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in salon/barber services
- Prior experience in skill training / teaching will be preferred
- Strong practical knowledge of barbering techniques, grooming, and hygiene standards
- Conduct counselling sessions for candidates and guide them on career opportunities
- Deliver training as per SSC-approved curriculum and module
- Maintain and monitor daily attendance records
- Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports
- Conduct pre-assessment tests for candidates
- Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification
- Motivate candidates towards placement and achieving high grades
- Ensure minimum 95% result performance in assessments
- Payout: ₹1500 per day
