About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver training as per the curriculum defined by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC)
2. Provide practical and theoretical knowledge on patient care, hygiene, and safety
3. Train candidates in assisting patients with daily living activities (ADL)
4. Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress
5. Conduct assessments and prepare candidates for certification exams
6. Maintain training records, reports, and documentation
7. Ensure compliance with NSQF guidelines and project requirements
8. Provide counselling and career guidance to trainees

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Qualification:

1. Minimum qualification as per NSQF guidelines for HSS/Q5106
2. Certification in Home Health Aide / General Duty Assistant or relevant healthcare domain

1. Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the Healthcare Sector Skill Council (HSSC)

Experience:

1. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in healthcare training or patient care services
2. Experience in skill development projects preferred
