Key Responsibilities:

1) Consultation & Styling

• Engage with clients to understand their styling needs and preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on face shape, hair type, and lifestyle.

2) Hair Cutting & Styling:

• Execute precision cuts for men, women, and children.
• Offer a variety of styling services, including blow-drying, curling, and straightening.
• Stay current with trending hairstyles and techniques.

3) Hair Coloring & Treatments:

• Apply hair color techniques such as balayage, ombre, highlights, and full color.
• Perform hair treatments like keratin, deep conditioning, and scalp therapy.

4) Client Experience:

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations.

5) Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health regulations.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized regularly.
