About the Role

The Trainer – Fashion Designer (AMH/Q1201 Version 4.0) will be responsible for delivering skill-based training in fashion design under the Odisha Skill Development Mission project.

The trainer will guide and mentor candidates in developing creative and technical skills required for employment in the apparel and fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver training as per NSQF-aligned curriculum (AMH/Q1201 Version 4.0)
2. Provide practical and theoretical training in:
3. Conduct assessments and track trainee progress
4. Maintain training records and reports
5. Support candidates in portfolio development and placement readiness
6. Ensure adherence to project guidelines

3. Basic knowledge of sewing machines and tools
