Job Description – Data Analyst

About the Role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources.
- Work extensively on Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization, etc.).
- Interpret real-time data and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports.
- Support operational data analysis related to warehouse and supply chain processes (preferred).
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel functions and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with real-time and dynamic datasets.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations/supervision will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. (Mathematics)
- B.Sc. (Statistics)
- B. Tech (Relevant Field)
Experience Required
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in Data Analysis.
