About the Role

  • Shri Jagatpal Bharti Education and Charitably Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced Guest Service Executive (Front Office) Trainer to deliver skill-based training under the Tourism & Hospitality sector. The trainer will be responsible for imparting domain knowledge, enhancing employability skills, and ensuring successful certification and placement of candidates as per Sector Skill Council guidelines.

Job Role Summary

  • The trainer will conduct classroom and practical training aligned with the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council (THSC) curriculum for Guest Service Executive (Front Office). The role includes candidate counselling, training delivery, assessment preparation, and placement support.
  • The job role focuses on developing competencies in front office operations, guest handling, communication, cashiering, and hospitality service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Counsel and mobilize candidates for the training program
  2. Deliver training as per SSC-approved curriculum and QP guidelines
  3. Ensure regular monitoring of candidate attendance
  4. Maintain and submit daily MIS reports
  5. Conduct pre-assessment tests and gap analysis
  6. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification
  7. Motivate candidates for placement and high performance
  8. Ensure minimum 95% assessment result
  9. Provide practical exposure on front office operations (check-in, check-out, guest handling, etc.)
  10. Maintain training quality, discipline, and batch performance

Trainer Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF Guidelines)

Educational Qualification:

12th Pass / ITI
OR
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in:
    • Hotel Management
    • Hospitality Management
    • Front Office Operations

Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Front Office / Hospitality
  2. Minimum 1 year of training experience in relevant domain
  3. Certifications (Mandatory):
  4. TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Certified by respective Sector Skill Council
  5. Domain Certification: THC/Q0109 (minimum 80% score)
  6. Platform Certification (recommended): Trainer (MEP/Q2601)
