About the Role

  • Sakshi Institute is seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer – Guest Service Associate (Front Office) to deliver high-quality skill training aligned with the Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skill Council (THSC) standards. The trainer will be responsible for preparing candidates for employment in the hospitality sector by ensuring effective training delivery, assessment readiness, and placement support.

Trainer Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF / SSC Guidelines)

Educational Qualification:

  1. Diploma / Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Front Office / QSR

Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Front Office / Hospitality
  2. Minimum 1 year of training/teaching experience in the relevant domain

Certification Requirements:

TOT Certified Trainer by respective Sector Skill Council (THSC mandatory)

  1. Domain Certification: Guest Service Associate (Front Office) – THC/Q0102(Minimum 80% score)
  2. Preferred: Certified Trainer under MEP/Q2601 (Trainer Qualification)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct candidate counselling and mobilization support
  2. Deliver training as per SSC-approved curriculum and NOS standards
  3. Ensure daily attendance monitoring of candidates
  4. Maintain and submit Daily MIS reports
  5. Conduct pre-assessment and internal evaluations
  6. Prepare candidates for final assessment & certification
  7. Motivate and guide candidates for placements and career growth
  8. Ensure minimum 95% result and certification success rate
  9. Provide practical exposure on:
    • Guest handling
    • Check-in / Check-out procedures
    • Communication & grooming standards
  10. Maintain training quality as per NSDC / SSC guidelines
