Role Overview

• We are seeking a competent and result-oriented Digital Mitra Trainer to deliver training aligned with SSC/Q2212 standards under the IT-ITeS Sector Skill Council. The trainer will be responsible for facilitating classroom and practical training, ensuring quality learning outcomes, and preparing candidates for successful assessment, certification, and placement.

Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF & SSC Guidelines)

Mandatory Certification:

1. Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified from the respective Sector Skill Council

Educational Qualification:

1. Graduate in any discipline (preferably with computer knowledge)

Experience:

1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experience in digital services / IT-ITeS domain
2. Prior experience in skill training / vocational training will be preferred

Domain Knowledge:

1. Understanding of NSQF framework (Level 3)
2. Proficiency in digital tools, MIS systems, and data handling
3. Basic understanding of cybersecurity and customer service practices

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct candidate counselling and orientation sessions
2. Deliver training strictly as per Sector Skill Council (SSC/Q2212) curriculum
3. Ensure effective classroom management and candidate engagement
4. Monitor and maintain daily attendance records
5. Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports in a timely manner
6. Conduct pre-assessment and internal evaluations
7. Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification process
8. Motivate candidates to achieve high performance and placement readiness
9. Ensure minimum 95% assessment success rate
10. Facilitate learning through practical sessions, case studies, and digital tools
11. Maintain compliance with NSQF and SSC quality standards.
