About the Role
- Balaji Shikshan Sansthan is looking for a qualified and experienced Solar Pump Technician Trainer (AGR/Q6701) to deliver high-quality skill training as per NSQF guidelines. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, guiding candidates, and ensuring successful assessment and placement outcomes. The role focuses on developing technical competencies in solar pump installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting aligned with the Agriculture Skill Council of India standards (NSQF Level 4).
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct counselling sessions for candidates and guide them about the course and career opportunities
- Deliver training as per the curriculum designed by Sector Skill Councils
- Monitor trainee attendance and discipline
- Maintain daily MIS reports and training records
- Conduct pre-assessment and internal evaluations
- Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification
- Ensure trainees achieve required competency standards (minimum 70% as per qualification norms)
- Motivate candidates for placement and performance improvement
- Ensure high success rate (target up to 95% results)
- Support placement activities and industry linkage

Experience Requirement:
- ITI/Diploma: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience
- B. Tech/BE: Minimum 2 years of experience
- CITS: Minimum 1 year of experience
- M.Tech: Freshers may be considered
Mandatory Requirement:
- Trainer must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of solar energy systems and solar pump technology
- Practical skills in installation, wiring, and maintenance of solar pumps
- Understanding of electrical systems, batteries, and controllers
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and pump operations
- Training and classroom management skills
- Good communication and counselling ability
- MIS reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to motivate and engage candidates
