About the Role
R S Education Welfare Society is looking for a qualified and experienced Solar PV Installation Helper Trainer to deliver skill-based training aligned with NSQF standards. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training programs, ensuring candidate competency, and achieving high assessment and placement outcomes.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 10th Pass + ITI in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / relevant trade
OR - Diploma in technical education (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy or related field)
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of Solar PV power plants
- TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council
- Domain Certification in Solar PV Installation Helper (SGJ/Q0111)
- Preferred: Certified Trainer under relevant Trainer Qualification Pack (e.g., VET Trainer)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Candidate Counselling
- Guide and counsel candidates regarding course, career opportunities, and job roles

- Training Delivery
- Conduct training as per curriculum designed by Sector Skill Councils
- Deliver both theoretical and practical sessions

- Attendance Monitoring
- Maintain daily attendance records of candidates

- Prepare and submit daily MIS reports and training updates

- Conduct internal assessments to evaluate candidate readiness
