About the Role
Gravity Faculty Management Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified and experienced Retail Sales Executive Trainer to deliver high-quality training under Skill Development Programs aligned with NSQF standards. The trainer will be responsible for delivering domain training, ensuring candidate performance, and achieving placement-oriented outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate counselling and mobilization support
- Deliver training as per Sector Skill Council (SSC) curriculum and NOS guidelines
- Ensure proper batch management and attendance monitoring
- Maintain and submit daily MIS reports and training records
- Conduct pre-assessment and internal evaluations
- Prepare candidates for final assessment and certification
- Motivate candidates towards placement readiness and high performance
- Ensure minimum 95% assessment result and certification success
- Support placement activities and coordinate with placement teams
- Maintain training quality, discipline, and compliance with NSDC/SSC norms
Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF / Sector Skill Council Guidelines)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline / Diploma in Retail Management
OR - 12th Pass with relevant retail experience
Certification (Mandatory):
- TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified from respective Sector Skill Council (RASCI)
- Certified in relevant Qualification Pack (Retail domain preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Retail Store Operations / Sales / Training
- At least 1–2 years of industry experience in retail operations
- Prior experience in skill development training programs preferred
- Trainers typically require strong retail operations experience (around 5 years) for ToT eligibility
