Position Overview
Gravity Facility Management Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Trainer – Customer Care Senior Executive (Voice & Non-Voice) (SSC/Q2202 – v4.0) under the Telecom/IT-ITeS Sector Skill framework. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality skill development training aligned with NSQF standards and Sector Skill Council guidelines.
The candidate must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council and capable of ensuring high-quality learning outcomes, assessment readiness, and placement-oriented training delivery.
Qualification & Eligibility Criteria (As per NSQF Guidelines)
Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Business Administration, Commerce, IT, or related field)
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Certification Requirement:
  • Mandatory TOT Certified Trainer for Customer Care Senior Executive (SSC/Q2202 – v4.0) from the respective Sector Skill Council.
  • Valid SSC Certification ID preferred.
Experience Requirement:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of industry experience in Customer Care (Voice/Non-Voice Process).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of training experience in skill development/ITeS/BPO sector preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  1. Candidate Counselling
    • Conduct counselling sessions for enrolled and prospective candidates.
    • Guide candidates regarding course structure, career opportunities, and placement scope.
  2. Attendance Monitoring
    • Maintain and monitor daily candidate attendance.
    • Ensure adherence to batch discipline and compliance norms.
  3. Daily MIS Reporting
    • Prepare and submit daily MIS reports.
    • Maintain batch progress records, performance tracking, and documentation as per compliance standards.
  4. Pre-Assessment & Internal Evaluation
    • Conduct mock tests and internal assessments before SSC final assessment.
    • Identify learning gaps and conduct remedial sessions.
  5. Assessment & Certification Preparation
    • Prepare candidates thoroughly for SSC third-party assessment.
    • Coordinate with assessment bodies and ensure documentation readiness.
  6. Placement & Motivation
    • Motivate candidates towards achieving good grades and placement readiness.
    • Conduct interview preparation sessions (HR round, mock interviews, resume building).
    • Support placement coordination team.
  7. Result Commitment
    • Ensure high-quality training standards targeting up to 95% successful assessment results (subject to candidate eligibility and compliance).
