Position Summary

1. We are seeking a TOT-Certified Trainer – Social Media Executive to deliver high-quality skill training in social media management as per the NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework)-aligned curriculum prescribed by the respective Sector Skill Council. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, evaluating, and preparing candidates for assessment and certification, with a strong focus on achieving excellent learning outcomes and placement readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide career counselling to enrolled candidates and motivate them throughout the training journey.
2. Deliver training sessions based on the prescribed module curriculum designed by the Sector Skill Council for the Social Media Executive job role.
3. Monitor daily attendance and ensure adherence to training schedules.
4. Prepare and submit daily MIS (Management Information System) reports capturing attendance, performance, issues, and follow-up actions.
5. Conduct pre-assessments to gauge trainee skill levels and identify learning gaps.
6. Prepare candidates for assessment and certification as per SSC standards and guidelines.
7. Provide guidance and support to help candidates achieve high performance and clear certification assessments.
8. Motivate candidates for placement and drive a culture of excellence to ensure strong results.
9. Ensure at least 95% result guarantee by maintaining high training effectiveness and continuous performance improvement.

Educational Qualification & Experience (As per NSQF/SSC norms)

Minimum Education Qualification:

1. Graduate in any discipline OR Diploma in a relevant field. (Post-graduate preferred)
2. Domain certification in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager at NSQF Level aligned with the job role is an advantage.

Training & Certification:

1. TOT (Training of Trainers) certified trainer, approved by the relevant Sector Skill Council (SSC) under the NSQF / NSDC guidelines, with both platform and domain competencies certified.

Experience:

Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in social media, digital marketing, or related roles.

1. Prior experience in training delivery or facilitation strongly preferred.
2. Experience in preparing trainees for SSC/NSDC assessments is a plus.

Skills & Competencies

1. Thorough understanding of social media platforms, tools, and strategies.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Hindi).
3. Ability to engage, motivate and inspire learners.
4. Strong organizational and reporting skills for MIS and documentation.
5. Familiarity with SSC / NSQF frameworks and assessment processes.
6. Capacity to drive results and ensure trainee success.

Performance & Outcome Expectations

1. Deliver competency-based training in line with SSC guidelines.
2. Achieve high assessment pass rates for candidates (Target: ≥95% certification success).
3. Ensure trainees are positioned for good placement opportunities.
4. Accurate and timely reporting of training metrics and candidate progress.
