Position Summary:

The Trainer will deliver high-quality competency-based training for the NSQF aligned Field Technician – Computing & Peripherals (ELE/Q4601) program (Version 3.0). The role focuses on counselling, training delivery, assessment readiness, attendance & performance monitoring, reporting, and ensuring successful certification & placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Counselling

1. Conduct orientation and counselling for enrolled candidates about the course, career paths, certification process, and expectations.

Training Delivery

1. Deliver training as per the Module Curriculum designed by the Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI).
2. Use competency-based methodologies to ensure candidate competence in theory and practical components.

Attendance & Monitoring

1. Track and monitor trainee attendance and participation.
2. Maintain accurate daily records and ensure adherence to training norms.

Daily MIS Reporting

1. Prepare and submit daily MIS reports detailing attendance, progress, issues, and training outcomes to the centre coordinator.

Pre-Assessment Activities

1. Conduct pre-assessment evaluations to gauge candidate readiness for the final assessments.

Assessment & Certification Preparation

1. Prepare candidates for external assessments by the designated Assessment Body.
2. Facilitate smooth conduct of assessments and ensure trainees are well prepared.

Motivation & Placement Support

1. Motivate and guide candidates towards achieving high performance and placement readiness.
2. Provide career guidance and support for job placements.

Quality & Outcome Guarantee

1. Maintain high standards of training delivery with the aim of achieving ≥95% successful certification results.

Trainer Qualification & Experience:

1. (Aligned to NSQF Trainer Pre-Requisites for ELE/Q4601 curriculum)

Mandatory Certifications:

1. TOT Certified in Vocational Training Delivery from a recognized SSC / Awarding Body (NCVET recognised) as a Trainer.
2. Domain Certification in Field Technician – Computing & Peripherals (ELE/Q4601) with minimum score as per SSC guidelines.

Education & Experience:

1. Minimum 12th grade pass with relevant industrial experience OR ITI/Diploma/Certified in relevant CITS trade (Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical) with specialization in Computer & Peripherals domain.
2. Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in hardware installation, maintenance and related IT/Computer peripherals work.

Training Experience: At least 1 year of experience in delivering vocational training to NSQF aligned job roles.
