Trainer – Guest Service Executive (Front Office) – THC/Q0109 (Version 5)

About the Role
- Sai Premedical is hiring a TOT Certified Trainer for the Tourism & Hospitality sector to deliver skill training for Guest Service Executive (Front Office) as per the Sector Skill Council curriculum and NSQF guidelines.
- The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality classroom and practical training, ensuring assessment readiness, placement motivation, and maintaining training MIS.
Trainer Eligibility (As per NSQF / SSC)
Education
- Candidate must have any one of the following:
- 12th / ITI + Diploma / Degree in:
- Hotel Management
- Hospitality Management
- Front Office Management
Experience
- Minimum 5 years industry experience in Front Office / Hotel Industry
- Minimum 1 year training experience in the same domain preferred
- Experience as Departmental Trainer / OJT Trainer preferred.
Mandatory Certification
- TOT Certified Trainer by Tourism & Hospitality Sector Skill Council
- Domain Certification: THC/Q0109 (Minimum 80% score)
- Platform Certification: Trainer Certification (MEP/Q2601) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Classroom Delivery
- Counsel and mobilize candidates for skill training programs.
- Deliver training as per THSC approved model curriculum.
- Conduct theory, practical and soft skill sessions.
- Ensure industry-standard grooming, communication & customer service training.
Batch Management & MIS
- Monitor daily attendance and discipline.
- Maintain batch files, training records and lab usage.
- Submit Daily MIS reports to management.
Assessment & Certification
- Conduct pre-assessments and internal mock assessments.
- Prepare candidates for SSC assessment and certification.
- Ensure proper documentation and assessment readiness.
Placement & Result Delivery
- Motivate candidates for placement and career growth.
- Support placement interviews and employer coordination.
- Ensure minimum 95% assessment result and high placement conversion.
