About the Role

Nirman Service Pvt Ltd is seeking a qualified and passionate Beauty & Wellness Trainer to deliver training for the job role Assistant Beauty Therapist (NSQF Level 3) as per the guidelines of the Beauty & Wellness Sector Skill Council.
The trainer must be TOT Certified by the respective Sector Skill Council and capable of delivering high-quality, placement-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct counselling and mobilization support for candidates.
2. Deliver training strictly as per SSC-approved Qualification Pack & Model Curriculum.
3. Maintain and monitor trainee attendance daily.
4. Submit Daily MIS and training progress reports.
5. Conduct internal assessments and pre-assessment readiness checks.
6. Prepare candidates for third-party assessment and certification.
7. Motivate and guide candidates for placement and high assessment scores.
8. Ensure minimum 95% certification results and placement readiness.

Trainer Qualification (As per NSQF / SSC Guidelines)

Mandatory Certification

• Must be TOT (Training of Trainers) Certified by Sector Skill Council.
• Certified for Job Role Assistant Beauty Therapist – BWS/Q0101 (Domain Certification).

Minimum Qualification

• 10th Pass with Diploma in Beauty or Cosmetology (minimum 6 months).

OR

• Graduate / 12th Pass with Beauty & Wellness Diploma / Advanced Diploma.

(As per SSC guidelines for trainer eligibility)

Experience Requirement

Total Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Break-up as per SSC norms:

• Minimum 2 years sector experience in Beauty & Wellness industry.
• Minimum 1 year training / teaching experience.

Technical Skills Required

Trainer must be proficient in delivering practical & theory modules including:

• Basic skincare and facial services
• Basic makeup techniques
• Manicure & Pedicure services
• Basic hair care and styling
• Salon hygiene, safety & client handling
• Product knowledge and equipment handling

(Aligned with the Assistant Beauty Therapist job role competencies)

Soft Skills Required

• Strong communication & counselling ability
• Good documentation and MIS reporting skills
• Candidate motivation and classroom management
• Placement and industry coordination mindset
