  1. Customer Care Executive (ELE/Q4603)**
  2. A Customer Care Executive is responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, emails, chats, or face-to-face communication. The role involves responding to customer queries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  3. The individual is expected to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), use CRM systems for recording customer details, and coordinate with internal teams when required. The Customer Care Executive also supports sales activities, retains customers, and maintains professional behavior in line with organizational policies.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
  2. Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
  3. Provide accurate information about products and services
  4. Maintain customer records in CRM systems
  5. Follow communication and service quality standards
  6. Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  8. Meet performance targets and service levels
  9. Maintain confidentiality of customer information
  10. Work as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
 
Work Environment:
  1. Call centers, customer support offices, or service desks
  2. Shift-based work may be required
  3. High interaction with customers via multiple channels
