About the Role

Eminence Technology is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, driving employee engagement, strengthening employer branding, and supporting business growth through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, and exit processes
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks as per company and statutory requirements
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives
• Handle grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and HR audits
• Support leadership in organizational development, workforce planning, and talent growth
• Strengthen employer branding through HR initiatives and internal communication
• Maintain and update HR MIS, employee records, and documentation
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure a positive work culture

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and statutory compliances
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strategic thinking with a people-centric approach
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/tools

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is mandatory (MBA/PG in HR preferred)
• 5–10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role
• Experience in IT/Technology companies will be an added advantage
